Our group has access to laboratories to carry out exploratory, fundamental and applied research in the field of surface modification and material science, among which we may highlight:

• Materials production in form of coatings by PVD.

The group has a strong collaborations with laboratories such as SEMAT and IPN - Instituto Pedro Nunes, where the materials chemical, morphological and structural characterization is perform.
